1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how THE SOFTWARE SUITE™, operator of 4DPAU™ (4dpau.com), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use this site. It's written to reflect what this specific service actually does — not generic boilerplate.

2. What we collect

Email address — used to create your account and send you a one-time sign-in link. We never ask for or store a password.
Purchase and subscription records — which reports you've unlocked, your subscription status, and identifiers PayPal returns to us (order ID, subscription ID). We do not collect or store your card number, bank details, or any other payment credential — PayPal handles that directly and never shares it with us.
Technical data collected incidentally — our hosting and font providers (see Section 4) may log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type as part of normal web infrastructure operation. A short-lived rate-limit counter (see Section 5) also records your IP address for a few minutes to prevent abuse of the sign-in form.

To create and authenticate your account (sending your sign-in link)

To send transactional emails — sign-in links, purchase confirmations
To operate and improve the service, including preventing abuse of the sign-in form

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Third parties involved in running this service

5. Cookies and abuse-prevention data

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. It's not used for advertising or cross-site tracking, and it's required for the dashboard to work — there's no cookie consent toggle because there's nothing optional to opt out of. We also briefly retain your IP address (a few minutes, automatically deleted nightly) when you request a sign-in link, solely to prevent the sign-in form from being used to spam an email address.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting and legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 8.

7. Age

This service is not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18.

8. Your rights and how to reach us
