Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing a report or subscription on 4DPAU™ (4dpau.com, operated by THE SOFTWARE SUITE™), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What 4DPAU™ is — and isn't

4DPAU™ is a historical statistics tool covering Magnum 4D, Sports Toto, and Da Ma Cai. It tallies publicly announced draw results and presents frequency and digit-position patterns.

          4DPAU™ does not predict, forecast, or guarantee any future draw outcome.
          Every 4D draw is an independent, random event — historical frequency has no bearing on future
          results. 4DPAU™ does not place bets, accept wagers, or facilitate gambling in any way, and
          is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Magnum Corporation, Sports Toto
          Malaysia, or Da Ma Cai.
        

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use this service.

4. Accounts

Access is by email-based sign-in link — there's no password. You're responsible for maintaining access to the email address on your account, and for all activity that happens under it. One account per person.

5. Fees and payment

Single reportRM 10.80 / report

Monthly subscriptionRM 50.80 / month

Yearly subscriptionRM 508.80 / year

All prices in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), processed securely through PayPal. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. A single-report purchase is pinned to the exact content of the report as it existed at the moment of payment, and remains viewable in your dashboard indefinitely; a subscription instead provides live access to the current report for as long as it remains active.

6. Refund policy

          All purchases — single reports, monthly subscriptions, and yearly subscriptions — are
          final and non-refundable once payment is processed. Yearly subscriptions
          are additionally non-revocable. You may cancel future subscription billing
          at any time through PayPal; cancelling stops the next charge but does not refund the current
          billing period.
        

This policy does not limit any refund or dispute right you may have directly through PayPal or under applicable consumer protection law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data from the service
Resell, redistribute, or republish 4DPAU™'s compiled statistics or reports as your own
Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual property

4DPAU™ and THE SOFTWARE SUITE™ are trademarks of their respective owner. Raw draw results are public facts and aren't owned by anyone; the compiled statistics, written commentary, design, and presentation on this site are.

9. No warranty

The service is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that historical data is complete or free of mistakes — draw results are compiled from publicly available sources and, while we take reasonable care, errors can occur.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, THE SOFTWARE SUITE™ is not liable for any losses — financial, gambling-related, or otherwise — arising from your use of this service or any decision made based on information it provides.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, without refund of any prior payment.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
